At Bags Bible, we care about your satisfaction and want every purchase to feel risk-free. While we carefully inspect each bag before shipping, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift card or store credits
  • Final sale or non-returnable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@bagsbible.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please return your purchase as per the guidelines and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
